Game day Skinz are a purely decorative addition to any protective headwear and as such make no claims about anything other than allowing the wearer to alter the aesthetic appearance of their headgear for that initial wearing. Like any application or decal placed on a piece of headgear, Game Day Skinz can be scratched, gouged, or otherwise damaged. The paint may be chipped or flaked as with any painted surface. Any damage from normal use is not covered under our return policy.
Retail Orders:
For individual Skinz orders (not team orders) you may return your Skinz for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The unit must be unused and in new condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. After we receive and inspect the unit we will issue a refund.
If the unit is defective, then Game Day Skinz shall provide you with a return label and will either refund your full amount or replace it with a new product. In the case of a defective unit, please send an email to us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the defect, then we will generate a return label for you.
Team Orders:
All Skinz team orders are custom-made and painted for your team. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy on defective units only. If you find that some of your units are defective, then you may return the defective units within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or replacement. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also request that you take pictures of the defect and send them to us when requesting a return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with your return. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or replacement and issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund or replacement to be processed.
