Everything you need to know about ordering, products, proofs, and getting your gear looking right on game day.

Skinz — Select your product by helmet model, choose your color, and select your size. No artwork needed — designs are not printed on Skinz.

Decals — Select your product based on the number of colors, finish, and quantity you need. After ordering, you will submit your artwork and we will follow up with any questions before sending a proof for your approval.

Proofs apply to decal orders only — Skinz do not require artwork or proofs. For decals, we will send a digital proof for your review and approval before we go to production. We will not start production until you have signed off on the artwork.

Please review your proof carefully before approving. Once you approve, we move into production and changes are not possible.

If your decal proof needs a revision, just let us know before you approve it. We will make the requested changes and send a new proof for review. Once a proof is approved and production has started, we are unable to make changes to that order.

For decal orders, you will typically receive your proof within 1-2 business days of submitting your artwork. Turnaround can vary depending on order volume, so if you are working with a deadline, let us know upfront and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. Youth and adult helmets use the same shell size, so one Skinz order covers both.

They are two separate products that serve different purposes and are sold separately.

Skinz are patented TPU shells that slide over your existing helmet shell. They are painted or chromed for a premium custom look. Skinz do not replace your helmet — they go over it.

Decals are our 20 mil vinyl graphics, made specifically for sport helmets. They are applied by the team onto the helmet surface. Our decals are the only decals certified for use on both Skinz and standard helmet shells, so they work either way.

We work with programs across a wide range of sports including football, baseball, softball, and more. Our products are used by thousands of programs worldwide. If you are not sure whether we can do something for your specific helmet, equipment, or application, just ask. If it can be done, we will find a way to do it.

No. Skinz slide over your existing helmet shell — they don't adhere to it, so there's nothing to damage. Your helmet stays intact underneath.

Production time varies by product:

Skinz — In-stock Skinz ship within 5-7 business days. Skinz requiring paint take 1-2 weeks.

Flat decals — Generally ship 1-2 weeks after art approval. During peak season (June through August), allow 3-4 weeks.

3D decals — 3-4 weeks during standard production periods. During peak season (June through March), allow 4-6 weeks.

All times are production only and do not include shipping transit time. If you have a hard deadline, let us know upfront and we will do our best to work with you.

Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. If you need a rush on production as well, that may also carry an additional fee. Reach out before ordering and we can let you know what's possible for your timeline.

Yes. We ship to other countries, but international shipping is not available through the online checkout. Contact us directly and we will work out the shipping details for your order.

If your order is past its expected delivery date, contact us and we will look into it right away. We track all shipments and will work to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible, including replacement if a shipment is confirmed lost.

Pricing is based on the product type, quantity, size, and complexity of your design. Because we work directly with programs of all sizes, we price on a sliding scale and work to find something that fits your budget. Volume orders typically get better per-unit pricing. The best way to get an accurate number is to reach out and tell us what you need.

Absolutely. If you have a specific product, quantity, and design in mind, reach out to us and we will get you a quote. No obligation, no pressure. We would rather make sure the numbers work for your program before you commit to anything.

Yes. We work with hundreds of schools and athletic programs and our pricing reflects that. Larger orders and returning customers both benefit from our volume pricing structure. Get in touch and we will work out a number that makes sense for your situation.

We prefer vector files for the best results: AI, EPS, or PDF formats from Adobe Illustrator are ideal. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI or higher) in PNG, TIFF, or PSD format are also acceptable. If you only have a logo from your school's website, send it over and we will let you know if it will work or if we need a better version.

That's not a problem. Tell us your school colors, mascot, and any design ideas you have in mind and our team will put something together for you. We have worked with programs across the country and have a strong sense of what looks great on helmets and equipment. We will create a design and send you a proof to review.

We do our best to match your school's official colors as closely as possible. If you have PMS (Pantone) color codes or official color specifications from your school, share those with us when you submit your order and we will use them as our target. Color accuracy can vary slightly depending on the material and application, but we will always show you how it looks on your proof before production.

Yes. We keep artwork on file for returning customers. Just let us know you are reordering and reference your previous order if you have it handy. We will pull your files and get your proof turned around quickly.
